Printed books and art prints are produced to order. Because each item is made and shipped individually, orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement of the same item.
The hand-bound goatskin Collector's editions are made to order and are non-refundable. Because of their value, every Collector's edition is shipped signature-required: an adult signature is needed on delivery. Please provide a shipping address where someone can sign for the parcel. Title and risk pass to the buyer upon carrier delivery confirmation.
